This policy only applies to Smart Baking Products that have been purchased on smartbakingco.com (“Products”). Products purchased from other retail outlets must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s terms and conditions. Please refer to the applicable retailer’s return policy for full instructions.Exchanges cannot be provided because you would like a different type or flavor of Smart Baking’s gluten free snacks.
To request a refund, please contact our Customer Service representative via phone or email for assistance. Kindly have your smartbakingco.com order number (located on your email) handy to ensure ease of processing.
Once our Customer Service representative have processed your request, you will receive a refund from smartbakingco.com within 72 business hours, via email. The refund amount will be the value of your purchased items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your items are received damaged or defective or if the products are spoilt before the expiration date, please contact our Customer Service representative for assistance immediately. We would either replace your products or refund you the amount depending on case-to-case basis.
All products – if not opened: – can be returned for any reason. Send the items back to us within 30 days and we’ll refund your money. Once we receive the package, we’ll refund you via the same method of payment with which you paid. You will receive the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees (unless of course, it was our error). If 30 days has passed since your purchase, we’re sorry, but we can’t accept this item as a return.
How to Make a Return
- Circle the products you are returning on the enclosed packing slip. Please indicate the quantity you are returning of each item and reason for return.
- Pack the products securely in a sturdy package and include the packing slip.
- Contact Smart Baking Company customer services: 407.915.5519 and we will email you a return label:

OPTION A (CONTINENTAL US CUSTOMERS ONLY)
- Print and stick the emailed return label to the outside of the box.
- Write your return address on the label.
- Jot down your tracking number for your records.
- Drop your package in any US mailbox, hand it to your postal carrier, or take it to any authorized USPS facility.
- NOTE: A $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your return credit as a return shipping fee (unless the reason for return is due to our error).

- Return package using your preferred shipping carrier.
Allow 2-3 weeks for your return to process. You will receive an email confirming your refund.
*We are only able to refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective.
We accept payments via all major credit/debit cards that includes American Express, Discover, Mastercard and VISA.
All orders are shipped via FedEx. Please note: All orders are shipped Monday through Friday only during regular business hours. Overnight air shipping is not available at this time. Delivery time is from point of order fulfillment, not order placement. Since we bake two flavors per day, your order may take several days to assemble.

- Requests for deliveries at specific times of day are not guaranteed.
